During this phase our team will remove debris, trash, and stickers. A general vacuuming will be done, leaving the work space uncluttered. phase 2 Deep Clean- This is where the bulk of the cleaning is done and requires the most equipment and tools. It's because of this phase that most companies hire a professional cleaning service. Sink, toilets, cabinets, windows are just some of the appliances that will be thoroughly clean. The walls, glass areas, doors, and flooring will also be dealt with during this phase. After this phase it's one step closer to moving in your clients. Phase 3 Touch-up Clean- This is the last clean and happens a couple of days after phase 2. The reason for this is to allow any left over dirt or dust to settle, which makes it easier to spot and be cleaned. Also any left over fingerprints or smudges will be taken care of at this point.
